Washington Outdoor Link exists because Washington’s outdoor community has the people, knowledge, and heart to be stronger together. We create spaces where industry veterans, new voices, and outdoor-curious folks can gather, and share what they know. Most of all to build real connections, and help open the door wider for the next person. 

Who is The Link for?

For You. For Us. For the Community!

 The Link is for people already working in the outdoor community, and for those trying to find their way in.


That includes people in bike shops, nonprofits, retail, advocacy, guiding, events, trail work, outdoor recreation, and related spaces.


Different backgrounds, voices, and experiences are not just welcomed here. They are needed!

The Link is Growing

Washington Outdoor Link is growing, and this page is still under construction. We’re building a space for events that bring people together across Washington’s outdoor community to connect, share ideas, and talk about topics that matter, from industry access and mentorship to hiring, retention, and building a more welcoming outdoor culture.
